These terms describe the conditions for using WOW Clan Battle Pro and its community features. “We” refers to the operator of this website; “you” refers to its visitors and members. Please read these terms before creating an account, contributing content, or using our tools. If you do not agree, do not use those services.

1. Our website

WOW Clan Battle Pro is an independent World of Warships companion offering a Ship Damage Trainer, Battle Simulator and replay tools, Player Profiles, Clan Scoreboard, and Community Discussion Forum. We are not Wargaming, and this website is not an official Wargaming product. Game names, artwork, models, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. Provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another player, clan, moderator, or game publisher. You must be legally able to agree to these terms; where parental permission is required, obtain it before creating an account.

3. Community participation

Keep discussions about ships, builds, tactics, and replays respectful. Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, spam, malicious files, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not publish private information without permission. Do not exploit security flaws, evade access restrictions, or overload the service.

4. Posts, ship builds, and uploaded replays

You retain any rights you hold in your contributions. Submit only material you are entitled to share. By posting a build, comment, image, or replay, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate the website. This includes generating replay visualizations and displaying attached battle setups to other readers.

Shared content may be publicly accessible. Replays can contain player names, clan tags, and battle activity; check them before sharing. Keep your own copies of important files. Removing a post does not necessarily remove copies already downloaded by other visitors or temporary backup copies.

5. Training results and game information

Trainer predictions, armor guidance, AI simulations, and replay interpretations are educational estimates. They do not guarantee damage, wins, accurate reconstruction of every event, or improved ranking. Game patches, missing data, export limitations, and player decisions can change the result. Player statistics and clan standings depend on available third-party data and may be delayed or incomplete.

6. Pro membership

Pro benefits and prices are described on the Upgrade to Pro page. Checkout is currently unavailable, and viewing that page does not create a subscription or charge. If payments are introduced, the purchase process must show the price, access period, renewal conditions, and cancellation and refund terms before you pay. Temporary beta access does not constitute a paid membership or promise permanent free access.

7. Moderation and service changes

We may remove contributions or restrict accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights, or threaten the community or service. Features may change or be interrupted during testing, maintenance, or failures of external providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Any paid-service obligations and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Third-party services and privacy

Links to Wargaming, statistics providers, and other websites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in public forum posts. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or authorize unrelated use of your personal information.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free beta tools are provided as available, without promises that their information is complete or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for how you use their output. Nothing here excludes rights, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Questions and updates

For general questions about these terms or a moderation decision, contact the site administrator through the Community Discussion Forum. Do not include confidential information in a public request. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date; material changes will also be announced on the website before taking effect. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining terms.
