Privacy notice
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This notice describes information used by WOW Clan Battle Pro, operated by Nicholas Feaser, 966 Grace Dr., Conway, South Carolina 29527, United States. Contact clanbattlepro@gmail.com about privacy, access, corrections or deletion.
Information we use
- Account email, account identifier, password authentication records, verification status, nickname and optional avatar.
- Public forum posts, builds and attached simulation setups, votes, community agreement records and moderation records.
- Saved simulation data and browser replay history. Public player and clan statistics are obtained from game statistics sources.
- When payments are available: purchase identifiers, amounts, currency, payment and subscription status, paid access periods and dispute records. PayPal handles payment details; our website does not collect your full payment card number.
- Support emails and information you include in them. Hosting and authentication providers also process connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request details.
Why information is used
We use this information to provide accounts and tools, display contributions, manage access and billing, answer requests, prevent abuse, investigate disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include passwords, recovery links or payment card details in posts or support messages.
Public information
Your nickname, avatar, forum contributions and attached builds or simulation setups may be viewed by anyone. Forum regions are not private groups. Other people may copy public content; removing our copy cannot remove theirs. Account email addresses are not displayed as public profile information.
Private clan reports and activity
Clan reports remain restricted to authorized clan members and leadership, including explicitly approved group connections. Signed-in visits to each of the six website tools record your account identifier, nickname, tool, activity type and time. My Clan Reports also records its overview, summary, battle-report and successful import activity, with selected clan when applicable. Recently interacted-with visible tools can record an active indication. These are approximate usage indicators, combined into five-minute records, not exact reading time or proof that a report was read. This activity feature does not store replay contents, typed text, IP addresses or payment details in its activity records. Only the designated site-owner account can view this activity dashboard; other administrators and clan leaders cannot view it.
Activity is available for the last 90 days; older activity records are cleared when new activity is recorded. Preview-site activity is labeled separately from live-site activity. Browser restrictions or connection failures can prevent an event from being recorded.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage and Supabase for account authentication and billing records. During migration, the original website also uses Sites hosting. PayPal processes payments, and support email is handled through Gmail. Providers may process information outside your country under their own service terms and privacy notices. Authorized site administrators can access information needed to operate the service.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential sign-in cookies are named wow_access and wow_refresh. Their configured maximum ages are one hour and 30 days respectively; session renewal may replace them. Signing out clears these cookies on that browser. Replay history is saved locally in your browser, and payment checkout references may be kept in session storage. Clear this site's browser data to remove local copies; this also signs you out and removes local replay history.
Retention and deletion
Account and service records remain stored until removed through account administration or a deletion request; automatic account expiry is not currently provided. Retention periods for provider logs and backups depend on the provider and the type of record. We review deletion requests individually, including any legal, security or financial records that must be retained. We cannot promise immediate erasure from backups or third-party copies.
Use the account and data-deletion procedure to request removal or ask what information is held. We will verify the request and explain any information retained and the reason. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location; this notice does not limit them.
Changes and questions
Changes will be dated on this page. For questions or concerns, use private support. Do not publish privacy requests in the forum.
